Ariel Khadr
Ariel Khadr competes as a model for IFBB Fitness Pro and is an athlete sponsored by the company. She started competing in fitness contests at the age of sixteen after having ended her gymnastics training in the early years of her life. Then she received her Pro Card only one year later at age 17. Ariel Khadr was an IFBB Fitness Pro competitor as well as a model as well as a sponsored athlete. Ariel Khadr began her fitness show career when she was just 16 at which point she stopped the sport of gymnastics. She earned her Pro Card within a year when she was 17. IFBB Pro to date, Ariel is among the oldest IFBB Pro. Once she received her Professional Card, Ariel was able to take six years off the stage in order to complete her university education. The return to competitive competition in 2015 continued her previous efforts, wherein she took part in elite competitions like Mr. Olympia or the Toronto Pro Supershow. After winning her first competition in 2009, she continued competing for a number of years setting up new goals. She also won four fitness titles by the end of the year. Also, she became one of the smallest IFBB Fitness Pro of all in history (age 17) when she won at the 2010 NPC Team Universe Fitness Nationals Championship. Ariel completed her first six years in competing to obtain her college diploma. Her IFBB Fitness Pro Debut was in the Phoenix Europa Games in 2015. Phoenix Europa Games in October 2015. In the end, she finished 3rd at the show. In June of 2016 saw her named the overall winner at the IFBB Toronto Pro Supershow, which qualified her for be a part of the Fitness Olympia. Within three months, she competed onstage at the Olympia, where she took sixth place in The Fitness Division. Ariel, who had absolutely no expectations going in, was delighted with the result. Ariel had to compete with some of the world's top athletes. Ariel is always awe-inspiring, bringing the best version of her body every year. Ariel is known to be focused upon her lower back. The exercises she uses for strengthening her back are bent-over rows on the machine that use single arm lat pull-downs. The first step is warming up before progressing to the sets she works on. Additionally, Ariel likes to use her time the best way feasible. How she does this is to superset her back exercises. A total of three or four supersets that have 10--12 reps are completed.
